What is the status of my order?

You can find the current status of your order and the results at ‘My orders’ in your personal account in the CombiBreed webshop. You will also be kept informed of the status of your order(s) by e-mail.

Please note that the order status in your online account will display ‘Waiting for sample’ when performing an additional DNA test on previously available material, you will receive the test result by e-mail.
