We believe it is important that we provide DNA results of the highest quality. If a test does not meet our quality requirements, the test will be redone at our expense. You will be informed if your order has to be retested. Unfortunately the processing time increases, but this will give the most accurate result of the ordered DNA test. If more than one test has been requested, a partial report will be made when at least half of all tests have a definitive result.
