The result ’Sample quality/Monsterkwaliteit’ can be stated on the result report. This means that the quality of the sample has been insufficient and therefore no result or not all results are reported. Since new DNA is needed, a new sample needs to be collected. You will receive new sample material free of charge, the retest(s) will be performed with no additional costs.
